During the set-up and the week-long program, I found the technicians very professional and knowledgeable about the equipment and they were easy to work with. "Everything went well despite the initial part where the interpreters had some difficulties in simultaneously translating our speaker (Our speaker spoke too quickly, but she toned down after a while, so all is well). With that, some comments/recommendations are as follows:
1. The setup was rapid and your guys tested the system and made sure the background noise was minimal even though we could not really hear anything about the background noise, but your guys insisited to eliminate)
2. Your team made sure there were more equipment than adequate, even though we initially only asked for 40 only. Really appreciate the good effort.
3. The interpreters were very punctual and even make sure everything was running properly before commencement. Note to Natalia who came 2 hours beforehand to prepare herself for this event.
4. The Equipment had 0 failure rates for all the participants which shows the good quality of the equipment.
The only slight negative aspect of your service is the slightly high price, but was quickly covered up by your quality of equipment and team. Thank you and we will definitely be engaging your services in future. "
