I would like to commend Alphonso and the Congress Rental team for their immerse support on interpretation services for our first virtual kick-off event. Not only were they professional, reliable and helpful towards our needs, they strived to provide excellent technical advice and walked us through contingency planning. Managing and coordinating the event with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. speakers, audience, presenters), logistics and production team can be dynamic and challenging.

There were times where the AV system in the hotel was not working, he was there to help out even though it is not his duty to do so. We have been working with Congress Rental for some time now. They are our GO TO solution vendor, they know exactly what we need, and it has been an easy and wonderful experience working with them. As part of the management team, I am always on a lookout to make our event innovative, interesting and more cost-effective. Congress Rental came out with an ingenious idea to have a remote interpretation. This allows the interpreter to interpret in their native countries without having them to fly to the venue, which saves us time, cost and hassle for making arrangement and coordinating for flights and accommodation. Moreover, I was able to supervise the rehearsal from Singapore with the real-time video and sound feed from Congress Rental. This was an extremely important feature for me so I can remotely monitor what was happening in Tokyo. Remote interpretation was completely new to us and we were sceptical at first to try it out on an important event with 2000 pax. However, having discussed with Alphonso (Singapore Sales Manager) multiple times, we were reassured that everything will be okay if we followed the guidelines given by them. The event went smooth, and our delegates were happy about the interpretation services. I want to thank Alphonso and team for their support. Great job!
