Supporting Multilingual Communication at the 55th SGATAR Annual Meeting​

The 55th SGATAR Annual Meeting brought together senior tax administrators and representatives from SGATAR member economies, alongside government officials and invited delegates involved in tax administration.
​
Across three days, delegates participated in plenary sessions, technical discussions, presentations, and knowledge-sharing sessions focused on exchanging best practices and discussing the latest developments and challenges in tax administration.

Congress Singapore provided simultaneous interpretation services in four languages, supporting clear communication for up to 400 delegates.

Integrated Interpretation and Conference Microphone Systems​

Congress Singapore delivered and integrated the interpretation and conference microphone systems across two meeting rooms. The interpretation setup supported four languages and included eight ISO 4043 Audipack interpretation booths, 16 Bosch DICENTIS interpreter desks, and 400 Bosch Integrus receivers with headphones.
We also provided a Bosch DICENTIS conference microphone system for the Head Management Meeting, supporting clear communication during senior-level discussions.
Before the event, our technical team set up and tested the systems, working closely with the MBS AV team and professional interpreters to ensure the systems were properly integrated and ready for each session.
Coordinating Multilingual Communication Across Two Meeting Rooms ​

With simultaneous interpretation and conference microphone systems operating across two meeting rooms, careful coordination was required to maintain table audio and reliable communication for up to 400 delegates.
Congress Singapore conducted thorough testing before the event and worked closely with the venue AV team and interpreters to ensure the systems were properly integrated.
