The Chief Legal Advisors Forum (CLAF) 2026 brought together senior government legal advisors and representatives from more than 40 countries and jurisdictions at Shangri-La Singapore. Across two days, delegates exchanged knowledge and discussed international investment disputes, ISDS reform, and the future of dispute resolution.
Congress Singapore provided an integrated conference discussion and visual tracking solution designed to support clear, professional, and meaningful discussions throughout the forum.
Integrated Microphones, Camera Tracking, and Digital Nameplates​

Congress Singapore combined Bosch DICENTIS conference microphones, PTZ auto-tracking cameras, and digital electronic nameplates into one integrated system.
When a delegate spoke, the camera system automatically tracked the active speaker, while digital nameplates provided clear country identification. This combination delivered a professional and engaging conference experience.
Working alongside SLS Pte Ltd, the event’s appointed AV company, our team coordinated closely with SLS to integrate the conference systems into the wider event setup.
The complete system was configured, tested, and commissioned onsite to ensure seamless integration between the conference audio, camera tracking, and delegate displays.
Managing Extended Operating Hours

With an overnight setup, a 4:00 am rehearsal, and the forum beginning at 9:00 am, maintaining continuous technical support across the extended operating hours was a key challenge.
To manage logistics, Congress Singapore divided the Operations team into two shifts, with the second team taking over at lunchtime. This strategic approach ensured continuous support throughout the event, contributing to a smooth and seamless conference experience for both delegates and the client.
