Herbalife Asia Pacific Extravaganza brought together more than 25,000 distributors from across the Asia Pacific region for four days of leadership development, product education, business training, and recognition. The event also included a dedicated board meeting for country representatives, senior management, and VIPs.
With delegates representing numerous countries, Herbalife required a reliable multilingual communication solution that enabled every attendee to participate in keynote presentations, product launches, and training sessions in their preferred language.
Congress Singapore delivered a complete multilingual conference solution, combining FM interpretation, remote simultaneous interpretation across 11 languages, and comprehensive AV support for the executive board meeting. This solution ensured seamless communication throughout every stage of the event.

Managing 11 Languages Across a Large-Scale Corporate Event

Congress Singapore deployed an FM interpretation system throughout the Singapore Expo, providing delegates with reliable multilingual audio using FM receivers and headsets. Remote interpreters were connected through Zoom Interpretation, with our proprietary Multi-Zoom workflow enabling all 11 language channels to be managed from a single laptop.
Alongside multilingual services, Congress Singapore acted as the primary AV contractor for the executive board meeting, delivering PTZ cameras, conference microphone systems, sound reinforcement, presentation switching, and on-site technical management.
Before deployment, our team conducted a full RF spectrum survey across all four exhibition halls to identify interference-free frequencies, ensuring stable FM coverage throughout the venue despite the event’s scale and compressed installation schedule.

Coordinating Large-Scale Multilingual Communication Within a Tight Installation Window​​

Supporting 11 Zoom language channels required careful planning, testing, and coordination to ensure every feed was ready and reliable. With multiple channels operating simultaneously, even a minor technical issue had the potential to disrupt sessions and affect communication for a large number of delegates.
Congress Singapore addressed this complexity through detailed pre-event planning, on-site RF scanning and our proprietary Multi-Zoom workflow, which consolidated all interpretation channels onto a single laptop. This reduced hardware requirements, simplified operations and allowed every system to be fully deployed and tested within the limited setup period.
Across four exhibition halls, the team also coordinated clear FM frequencies to minimise interference while simultaneously managing AV production for a separate executive board meeting.
