To meet the event’s requirements, we provided simultaneous interpretation in French and Spanish, supported by a professional conference microphone system for board members and speakers.

Given the size of the venue, multiple infrared radiators were mounted on a truss system to ensure seamless coverage across all 480 receivers distributed to delegate tables.

Infrared Coverage
A key technical challenge was ensuring complete infrared signal distribution within the expansive convention space. During initial checks, our team identified several areas with inconsistent reception. We responded quickly, adding additional radiators to eliminate gaps and guarantee uninterrupted audio for all delegates.
