Enterprise AI Interpretation Without Changing the Delegate Experience

With years of experience in delivering simultaneous interpretation solutions, Congress Singapore combined specialist technical expertise with AI speech translation to create a seamless multilingual experience for delegates.
Our team integrated an AI Speech translation platform directly into the Bosch infrared interpretation system, managing the complete audio workflow from the presenter to each delegate's receiver.
Live presenter audio was captured, processed and translated in real time into Indonesian, Thai, Japanese, and Korean, and delivered directly to Bosch wireless receivers and headsets. A dedicated wired network and Dante audio infrastructure supported low-latency processing and reliable audio distribution throughout the event.

For delegates, the experience remained simple and familiar. They could select their preferred language directly on the receiver and listen through a dedicated headset, with no apps, personal devices or additional setup required.
